Shalwar* kameez is fine to wear. I don’t see any cultural appropriation in it as long as one doesn’t start “owning” the culture and speaking on its part. That’s rude. Other than that, go for it since you appreciate the modest beauty it offers. Our Central and South Asian followers should feel free to share their thoughts.
